A withdrawal you have not taken
Days or a window
There is a balance, and there is a withdrawal you thought about on Tuesday and did not make. Nothing is wrong. The window is still open and it will probably be open tomorrow. Probably is carrying a great deal of weight in that sentence.

1.Money you could move and have not
This is not about a mistake. It is about a decision you have already made and have not carried out, which is a strange category and a common one. You know the amount. You know where it should go. The gap between those two facts is the whole page.
A window that is open for no reason you control is not a comfortable place to leave anything.
- Window opens
- As soon as the funds are available to move.
- Window closes
- When the market stops processing withdrawals, for any reason.
- What shuts it
- A rule, an outage, a policy change, a decision that is not yours.
- Still possible after
- Recording what was held and where, and changing your default.
2.Held for you is not held by you
A number on a market page is a claim on somebody else's system. It behaves like money right up until the system stops behaving, and the difference only becomes visible on the day it matters, which is the worst possible day to learn it.
That is not a prediction about any particular market, and this site does not watch or test anything. It is a statement about custody. The rule this site runs on is that reversibility beats severity, and a withdrawal you have not taken is the cheapest reversal still available to you.
3.What shuts this one
Not the calendar. Withdrawals stop for reasons with nothing to do with you: maintenance, a change in the rules, a queue that stops moving, an account state you did not expect. What shuts it is a rule or an event, and it can arrive without any warning you would recognise as one.
Duration is not a useful frame here. There is no safe number of days, and anybody offering one is guessing. There is only whether you have moved it or you have not.
4.The move you still have
It is small and it is entirely yours. Open the account, take the withdrawal you already decided on, check the destination with proper care, and be done. After that this page stops applying to you.
If the window has already shut on you, what is still possible once it has shut is the honest version of what is left. It is less than you want and more than nothing.
5.The belief that costs the most
People believe later is always available. It usually is. Usually is not a plan, it is a run of luck that has not ended yet, and nobody notices the end of one until afterwards.
The second belief is that moving funds out looks nervous, or signals distrust to a vendor. Nobody sees your withdrawals. This one is private and it is not a message to anybody.
It takes about two minutes. It has taken about two minutes every day since you first thought of it. The reason for not doing it today will be the same reason as yesterday, and it will still sound reasonable next week.
Questions people send in
Is there a right time to take it?
The right time is the one where you are at the screen and not in a hurry. No schedule beats that, and no schedule protects you from a rushed address.
What if I want the funds there for a future order?
Then it is a habit rather than a single decision, and habits are covered on a balance left sitting on the market.
